The Process

After you select a date to meet with us, this is what you can expect (prices are for services only)

CONSULTATION  $50 (up to one hour)

Discuss your vision, desires, and purpose for your new living space.  Determine your “style,” color preferences and furniture needs.  Identify any current furnishings that you would like to have incorporated in the new design. Decide if you would like to simply work with what you have, start from scratch or somewhere in the middle.  Determine if Preliminary Design is our next step

PRELIMINARY DESIGN  $350 per room (to be paid at consultation)

This fee includes the design layout, virtual mood board, color palette, furniture placement and suggestions for furniture styles. A second meeting is also included to review design options and confirm the design plan. At this point an Estimate will be provided for design services only.

COMPLETE TRANSFORMATION  Deposit Required (20% of Estimate that was provided) Non-Refundable

Life is busy, you don’t have the time or the energy to deal with it but you are ready for a change! Let me take care of it… the design, color selections, furniture layout, research of materials, purchasing, delivery, hiring of contractors, everything to the final set up. After a preliminary design has been confirmed and the decision has been made to go forward with the project A new dawn would then take care of providing you with options (Example; flooring selections, a new dawn will narrow it down to 2 or 3 options and bring them to you, for you to make the final selection and give the go ahead) All items purchased and hours of labor (Hourly rate) relating to your project will be billed on a monthly basis. Any items or estimated hours that are not used will be credited to your account before your final payment is due.

DESIGNER FOR A DAY  $500 per room

Working with your current furnishings and decor I will “work my magic” to make your home more streamlined and functional. This option offers up to four hours of service. If additional time is required, an hourly rate will be applied.
